Devin, Devin, Devin

The kids have a chore most days that I will pay them for.  The other two were cleaning out the car and Devin wanted a job.  I told him to vacuum.  He took his job very seriously.  He vacuumed for about 30 minutes.

He even by himself figured out how to add the attachment and get the small things next the wall.  Later in the day he saw something on the floor on the floor and said, "Ah..I need to vacuum again."  On a side note we cleaned Devin's room, got tubs and sorted all his toys, cleaned out his dresser of clothes he can't wear anymore.  His room looks really nice and Devin wants to keep it that way.  He will pick up the toys in his room when he is done and yells, "Mom, come look at room!"  Of course we praise him for such a good job.  Now if only his brother would learn this.

This is one of Devin's best friends, Lydia Tadje.  He loves to play with her.  The minute we got home from WV he asked to go and play with her.

He also found the dominoes and with Livvy's help had a great time sitting them up and knocking them down.

This little monkey definitely keeps life interesting around here.
