It is Halloween

Devin used his link Shield that Jenn made him when he was 9 and was Link from Zelda again.

Andi was a light up Alicorn.

I was a mad scientist: I was Batty Brunner with purple hair.

Olivia and Ryan dressed up as Nurse and Crazy patient who doesn't keep his gown shut! So Funny.

All the specialty teachers dressed up as mad scientists this year.  It is such a fun costume.  I had students say to me

1. Was I their substitute that day.

2. Do you eat children?

3. I knew you would wear purple.

4. Is that your real hair?

Jenn told me that I looked like Mom.

Here is Andi in the parade.

Jeremy captured the dinosaur and placed it in his office.

Jenn came and decorated our house.

Devin took Andi trick or treating.

Jenn showed up as Maleficent.  We had a fire pit and game out treats.  Jere and I love sitting outside around the firepit, giving treats, and interacting with our neighbors.

Derek was pichicu

Halloween Trunk or Treat

We went to the Church and had a truck or treat.

Jere and I just look like an old couple about to be eaten by a dinosaur!

 The dinosaur ate the kids!

It was fun to decorate our trunk and give out candy.

Carmel Apples for Olivia's birthday

We celebrated  Olivia's birthday at our house on her actual birthday with Jenn and Derek and her friend Kirssa and her husband Taylor.

We had a few gifts for her.  Andi got her a cat puzzle

We got her a stethoscope and some new scrubs.

Then after dinner, we made Carmel apples and decorated them with candies and cookies.

She wanted Oreo Desert for her cake.

Can't believe she 24.

Celebrating with Olivia

We took Olivia, Ryan and Ryan's Dad out to Rodizio for her Birthday.

Then we went to Sundance and rode the ski lift to enjoy the Halloween Ride!  It was a fun evening.

Springside pumpkin festival

Every year, Springside holds a pumpkin festival. Kids can carve or decorate pumpkins, which are displayed for a pumpkin walk around the school. Andi wanted to do a purple Alicorn pumpkin since that is what she would be for Halloween.

We painted it.

We went to Jenn's to Decorate it.

We add the horn the hair and other decorations the night before it was due.

They turned out so cute.

At the pumpkin walk, Devin ran into his favorite teacher, Mr. Moser.  who was his 4th-grade teacher.

School PD Day

We spent the morning in a meeting about data and hitting our target goals. In the afternoon we went to an axe throwing place and tried to hit our goals.  I was able to hit the target twice.

It was fun to hang out with my school friends and play games.  This is Rachel and Shannon on my specialty team.

This is Mitzi and Kaylee other teachers in the school.
