Luminaria Date Night

Jere and I went on a real date. Just the two of us and had a really good time. It is nice to spend time with each other doing fun things. We went out to eat at Koi, then we went and saw Jamanji and to end the night we went to Luminaria at Thanksgiving point.

This was a remake from the 1995 version that had Robin Williams in it.  It was so funny. We laughed out loud

Luminaria was beautiful and amazing.  I am so glad that we went.

Locked In

I had to drop off my Kia to get some work done on it. Robin parked in a different part of the dealership's parking lot to wait for me to complete the night drop-off paperwork. Between the time Robin drove into the dealership and I walked over to Robin's van, an employee of the dealership locked the gates. We were trapped inside! After calling their number and knocking on windows and doors everywhere we finally found a spot where we could drive over the curb. It was kind of funny, but only because we weren't in a hurry. The dealership gave us three free oil changes in exchange for the inconvenience so I guess that's nice.

Playing with Toys

Andi got a kid trampoline for Christmas. She was so excited. But last night I found her sleeping on her trampoline in her room.

Garrett got a Helicopter Ball for Christmas and let Andi play with it. 

I got a loom for knitting hats from Olivia for Christmas.  I made Andi a purple and blue hat as my first hat.  

Christmas in Color

We love to go and see the lights around Christmas time.  We went to Christmas in Color again this year.  Jenn went with us in too but she and Livvy were in her car.  It is always fun to see this amazing light show that the lights are in sync with the music playing.

Christmas Day

We started our day with having the kids come up the stairs around 7:30 in the morning to open their stockings. Then we had cinnamon rolls, fruit and hot chocolate for breakfast. Afterward we went and opened presents. We would each get a present and then open them together. It was a fun time and everyone was grateful for what they got.

Christmas Eve

All the boys decided to dress up really nice in suit coats for Church on Christmas eve. They are all so handsome.

Christmas Night we book with tradition a bit and got the kids fuzzy blankets instead of pajamas.

We Face Timed with Family back east and played Quip Lash with them over the internet. We sure missed hanging out and seeing them this year.
