Jeremy is going home

We have been having a great time. We are loving being here. We mostly just let the kids play. My parents have a pool, a four wheeler, a trampoline, a little play ground area, bikes for the kids, and a wii. My kids are loving being here. We have made s'mores twice, went to Summersville Lake to go swimming, visited Pappy and Granny, dad took us out on his boat, and we helped plant Dad's garden. I am amazed how much Devin loves to be outside and how he wants to be doing what the other kids are going. Today I take Jeremy the airport and he will fly home. I wanted to stay a little longer so I won't be back until the 7th of July. We will miss him. He has promised to put up a some videos and lots of pictures when he returns home.

He also has a list of things to do before we come back. I keep thinking of more things for him to do. : ) It doesn't really matter if he gets them done or not.

Let's Go Riding...

We went our Friend's house for dinner on Sunday. While we were there we had a great time. Marianne even got out her little four wheelers so my kids could take them out for a spin. They loved it. They thought it was the best fun. Thanks Marianne for a fun day.

Giddy Up

A couple years ago my dad made a wooden rocking horse for my kids. It was similar to the one he made for us as kids. Anyway Devin has just discovered this wonderful toy. He gets on all the time and he loves it. The other kids like getting on with him too. But he doesn't really like to share. If you look closely you can tell he is about to throw a fit with Olivia on the horse with him.

Riding Bikes

All the kids love being outside and riding their bikes and scooters. Devin included. Devin just hasn't quite figured out how to ride the tricycle or the scooter yet. We are loving summer!

Switcheroo

Jennifer moved out on Wednesday. She got an apartment with a roommate in Pleasant Grove. So then we moved Olivia into Jennifer's room, and then we moved Devin into Olivia's room. OK so now Olivia has a blue room and Devin has a pink room. I know a little mixed up. We are hoping to go and get some cute wallpaper things to decorate Olivia's room. We aren't sure what we will do with Devin's new pink room with flying horses painted on the wall. Now Garrett wants to know when we are going to move him downstairs too.

Good Laugh

About ten years ago when Jeremy and I still lived at at Wymount at BYU, for Halloween Jeremy dressed up as a Haunted Mattress and I was a Native American. Isn't he scary? :) I lost my picture of this. My friend Marianne found the picture and sent it to me today. It made me laugh.

Jeremy won a prize for this lovely costume.
