Parks and Pools

This is a toy wooden train outside of the pool.

We spend some time at the Pool Zach works at and then Jenn's friend came with her too little girls and they played at parks and the splash pad again.  Andi and Samantha had so much fun playing together.

Paradise Park

Jennifer and I took my Mom for her birthday to see a play at the outdoor theater to see Paradise park.  It was a musical and we had a lot of fun.  The funniest thing was that as the play was starting the guy introducing the play asked who was here on the "Cucumber Scholarship"   We had no idea what he was talking about.  We then found out that if you had brought a cucumber than you could have gotten in for free.  So random and so funny.

First day activities

The first couple of days there we went to the park, played baseball, and went to a splash pad near Stevenson's lake and just spent time with cousins and grandma and grandpa.

Going to West Virginia

I took Devin, Andi, and Garrett to West Virginia.  Jennifer was on our same flight.  Jeremy and Livvy stayed home but were going to join us in a week.   We had a a late flight and so the airport in SLC was about empty so we let the kids play on the escalators for a while to keep them occupied.  It was a good flight and we were all so excited to get to our trip in WV.

Devin's Bowling Date Night

For Devin's Date with us we wanted to go Bowling and eat cheesecake.   Jeremy was excited that he got his highest score ever of 113.

Cousins

Kristi and her kids were in town for a music camp. We were glad that they could stop and visit.  The kids really enjoyed seeing and hanging out with their cousins.

Dinosaur Museum

We went to the Dinosaur Museum. The boys went Gnome hunting and Andi and I stayed together so she could run and explore.   I am glad we renewed our pass again.

Outdoor pool again

Garrett got out a stem kit that he had gotten last year and made a boat that runs on solar power. We took it to the pool to play with it. It was pretty cool to see how well it worked.

Story Time at the Library

I have been taking Andi to Storytime on Mondays since school let out.  Well this week they had a special fire fighter day.   They had the firefighters there showing them the ambulance, showing them their gear and reading a story to them.  It was pretty fun to see Andi so interested in everything they were showing them.

Bear Lake 2

Saturday morning we got up and spent most of the day at the lake and went out on the kayaks, played in the sand and enjoyed the hot tub. But we did go to Garden City and go "Famous Raspberry shakes"  It was such a great trip.  Livvy didn't come because she was on a youth trip with the church.  Maybe next year she can come!

Bear Lake Day 1

For Father's day we went to Bear Lake and stayed right on the beach. Andi loved it so much she kept saying, "I love it here, I wish we could live here all the time, This is the best day ever" I kind of agree with her!

Garrett made a a pretty good sand castle.

Devin was happy to jump off the dock and swim in the very cold water!

Andi loved the sand and jumping in the waves. It felt like we were at the ocean.

I loved just being on the beach and putting my feet in the sand.
