Andi, Andi, Andi

Andi loves to go to school.  She has her own style.  She loves wearing these big bows.  This one if you can't tell in the pictures has a unicorn horn. 

Andi has decided that she doesn't want to sleep on her own bed.  So she cleaned her room so she could make a bed on the floor. 

I brought home my robots from school to test them out.  Andi has had a blast playing with all of them this weekend.   
 

Garrett's Date Night

 

We went to see the Jungle Cruise with Garrett for his date night.  Then we went to Culvers for lunch. He wanted the Cheese curds.   These date nights are something that I enjoy doing.  It is nice to have 1 on 1 time with the kids.  

He talked about maybe going to MTECH next year or going to Snow College or Utah Valley University.   We will see what he chooses. 

David Archuleta Concert

 It was a raining and windy evening, but we went out to the Scera Outdoor Theater and enjoyed a David Archuleta Concert.   It was a fun evening with my sister.   At the end of the night the moon came through the clouds and it looked amazing.  

Silly Kids

 

The ice in our freezer all froze together and the Devin and Andi thought that it would be fun to eat the ice. 

Devin need a picture of him doing physical activity for a class so he decided to ride Andi's Scooter.   

First Day of School

Garrett is a Senior this year at Westlake.  He is driving himself to school this year. 

Andi is in 2nd grade and going to be in Mrs. Kloepple's Class at Springside.

Devin is an 8th Grader at Vista.

 

Decorating my room

 I am loving my new room decorations.  I took down all the robot things and decorated my room with a bug them.   My theme this year is We debug problems!  It goes along with coding and perseverance and not giving up.    I am also a huge believer in being helpful, respectful, and kind, not just online but also in the real world. 

Up the canyon again

 I love going up to the canyon and just enjoy putting my feet in the water.   It is what my soul needs. 

Mini Golf

 The haze has been so bad that we decided to go to Fat Cats and play glow in the dark mini golf.  It was pretty fun.   It is included on our Get out pass.

Watermelon

 Smiths had watermelon on sale for 3.99.  I found a huge one and was excited about it. 

And I have to say it was the best watermelon!!! It was so juicy and sweet and crisp.  I love Watermelon season. 

Another Tooth

 Andi, lost another one of her front teeth.   That tooth took forever to come out.  But she eventually pulled it herself.  

Dexcom

We love that Andi and Garrett  has a Dexcom to help us know their blood sugars.  It is so helpful in knowing how to treat highs and lows. 

 I looked at my phone to check Andi's sugar and at one point they both said 101.  I tried to take a screen shot but as soon as I hit the button the number changed.   

Our New Van.

 We got a 2017 Kia Sedona.   We are loving it so far. 

The other van was just not working right, it had 104 thousand miles on it, it kept over heating but there were no coolant leaks.  The windshield wipers won't work, and the AC was wonky.  We had it for 8 years.  It had a good run but needed work that we didn't want to put into it.
