Garrett must be growing

Garrett's to the point where he refuses to take a nap but still needs one.

Spring Break - Cold, but busy

We've been really busy this spring break. On Wednesday, Jeremy cleaned out the whole garage. It took him about 6 hours. He got rid of his work bench and installed some shelves on one wall. We redid our flower bed adding 4 plants and some cement curbing. We planted two trees. The one in the front is a red maple. We planted a gala apple tree in the back. Yesterday we all built a garden box (That's the picture of Olivia drilling some wood). It's 8'x4' and full of soil (we decided to wait a month to plant anything in it since we don't want to be back east right when everything is ready to harvest. Jeremy also sprayed the whole yard for weeds. I went through the kids' dressers and took out anything that was too small.

Spring Break or winter break??

Today was our first day of spring break. We had some major cleaning plans and we are planning to go to the zoo. Last week we had beautiful spring weather. We bought flowers and planted them and brought a maple tree for our front yard and an apple tree for our back yard. We bought the kids a sand box and sand box toys. We were ready for spring and for winter to be over. But as you can see from the picture of the weahter forcast we don't always get what we want. We hope our flowers and trees will be ok.

Happy Easter!

We had a nice Easter. Yesterday we had a couple of neighbor kids come over for an egg hunt. We also decorated sugar cookies and ate pizza. Here are some pictures. Tonight we went to Great Grandpa's house. Robin baked ham, rolls, and potatoes. Great Grandma provided the rest. Our kids were well behaved. It was a nice visit.

Handy Man

Jeremy has been doing some work around the house. Two of our toliets kept flushing and running all the time. He looked in the tank and noticed that the gasgets were busted so he went to home depot bought the new parts and fixed the toliets. The next day we noticed a weird smell under the sink in the kitchen. We discoverd we had a leak. He took out the faucet and then he made another trip to home depot to get another one. He installed the new faucet and even added an additional hole so we now have a sprayer. I'm so glad he could get these things fixed.

Clumsy

I have been having a clumsy couple of weeks. A couple weeks ago I feel down the stairs. I was just now recovering and starting to feel better. Yesterday while trying to get Garrett from running in the street, I tripped again and sprained my ankle plus again started hurting from the last fall. So once again I am walking funny.

Jeremy says that people are going to start saying that he is doing this to me.
For the record Jeremy isn't responsible it is all me just being clumsy and not being careful. He has been very helpful. I am thankful to have such a concerned loving husband.
