Snow and more snow

Over night we got about 12 inches of snow. Luckily it was a Friday and we didn't need to go to work except that we had to get Olivia to the high school for an activity. It was a deep heavy snow. Thank goodness for a snow blower.  Jere spent a lot of time shoveling and blowing snow so we could get out of our driveway.  I took Andi out in it for a little bit. It was pretty cold but she love eating and playing in the snow.  I think it is beautiful but I sure don't like slick roads, sidewalks, hallways etc.

This picture give you an idea of how much snow we got.

Devin's Party

Devin invited 6 friends over for his birthday. He invited: James, Payton, (His two best friends) then he also invited a few friends from our street: Marcus, Conrad, and Brayden.

He really likes pokemon right now. He asked me to make him a Pokeball cake.  I think they turned out pretty cute.

Uncle Thomas

Thomas came out to Utah to go Elk Hunting.  He came for dinner one evening.  It was nice to see him and spend the evening playing games.

Devin and Garrett's Presents

Since their birthdays are so close together, and they were getting a lot of the same gifts we decided to have them open their gifts together from us and family members together. Garrett go to open his presents on his actual birthday and Devin got to open his a week early.

Aunt Emily made them these extra soft, warm and beautiful Afghans.

Grandma Doolittle got Devin Magnets and Garret a Crystal Growing Kit.

We got them Ozobots.  They are little robots that you can program by using color codes.

Andi was excited for all the presents but wasn't sure why they weren't for her.

Balls and Scooters

Andi dumped all her balls out, climbed into the box, and then Devin put all the Balls back in.  They had so much fun playing.   Too bad those balls all over the floor makes the house look like a total wreck.

Andi after getting ready for church decided she wanted to ride her new Jake Scooter. I love this picture with her in pretty purple dress, pink shoes, on a Jake and the Neverland pirates scooter.  Three year olds are fun!

Garrett's Birthday Party

Garrett will turn 13 on Sunday but he has his party on Friday Night. He invited 2 friends: Colby and Landen to come and play games, eat pizza and cake, and watch a pg-13 movie and eat muddy buddies. They watched Star Wars. They had a really good time.  It was the perfect size party.

Landon, Garrett, Colby

They played Pie Face and Dixit

Presents

We got this Game for Andi's Birthday using  the Christmas Money from Vickie and Earl.  So I guess it is Birthday/Christmas present.  Thanks Vicke and Earl.

Emily also made Andi this cute winter hat that matches her blanket.  Isn't she adorable.  Thanks Emily.

Helpful Devin

We have gotten a lot of snow lately. Devin got his winter clothes on and went outside and started to shovel. I didn't even ask him too. I just heard the scraping of the shovel and went to see who was out there.

Andi's B-day part 2

We made Andi a Blue's Clues Cake to eat with cousins. Stephanie and her family came over for dinner and cake and a few birthday games.

We took the balls that she got for her birthday and played with the parachute. It was a lot of fun and really loud.

Ballroom Dance Performance

Olivia took ballroom this year with her friends Kathleen and Krissa and her friend Shawn.  She has learned a lot and I think she enjoys it.  She might even take more classes later.

Andi's Birthday

THE BIG THREE
Our little baby is no longer a baby but a very busy, happy, pretty, smart 3 year old.  She love Blues Clues, Jake and the Neverland Pirates, and Tinker Bell.  She loves to run and laugh.  She enjoys going out and doing things especially with her family.  We took her to the Curiosity Museum on Birthday and then to Chick-filet.  This girls loves chicken nuggets.  She had so much  fun playing at the museum.

Then we came home and played a Blue's Clues Game with clues around the house to lead her to her presents. We even had a handy Dandy notebook that we could draw the clues in for her. She was in heaven opening presents and enjoying new toys.

We got her an old favorite that we had gotten rid of: Hullabaloo.  It is a fun game for her to play by herself or with others.

Grandma and Grandpa Doolittle got her Magnets.  She loves them so much she likes to sleep with them.

Emily made her a blanket.  She now sleeps with this blanket and goes around telling us that Emily Made it for her and that it is so soft and pretty.

She also got a ball pit which she calls a tent.

Her final present was filled with lots of balls for her ball pit. She got to pull the string and all the balls fell out.  It was super fun.
