Complete Bridge of Bone Growth

I went to my 16 week appointment yesterday. I had a complete bridge of bone growth which means that my leg is on the road to recovery since new bone growth kind of makes a bridge and encloses where the break is. It is still broken because the crack has not been filled in yet. But, now he said I have what they call progressive bone healing. The crack should fill in the next 3 months.

He still wants me to use a cane for the next 3 months and use my crutches as needed to help deal with pain. I go back to see him in 3 months. Good News, Since I had not had a lot healing before.

So 3 more months and I should be free of crutches and canes. Hopefully :)
