Robin's Nest

We noticed a Robin Bird building a nest in our tree in the front yard. She built it low enough that we have been checking on the bird nest and watching as she built the nest, laid the eggs, had the eggs hatch, to having the birds leave the nest. It has kept us entertained and in awe during this quarantine. We have all enjoyed watching the progress and were sad when they flew away.  We started watching the end of April and then by the end of may the baby birds are gone and the mamma bird as abandoned her nest.

We even did an art project about a Robin and nest.  Andi for a school assignment had to make a picture and label it.  So we decided to do an art project about our bird.
