Temple Square

It was free Trax day on Friday, so we took the kids to ride the train up to Salt Lake to see the lights on Temple Square. We packed snacks and got all bundled up.  The train was super crowded.  Temple square was even more crowded.  The lights were beautiful and it was a nice family outing.

Last Day before Break

The last day before break, our school did the Christmas sing again.  It was also Ugly Sweater Day.   Devin and I didn't have ugly sweaters but we had some awesome head gear.

Devin's Teacher Mr. Moser sure had an Ugly sweater. 

Mr. Moser is an awesome teacher who has helped Devin a lot.  We are so glad that Devin is in his class.

Devin's Christmas Sing

Since Devin is at my school I was able to see him perform his Christmas sing for the very first time.  They sang Feliz Navidad and I wanna hot cup of Cocoa.  It was cute.   I love having him at my school!

Livvy's Christmas Choir Concert

We Drove up to Squaw Peak to look at the fall leaves, Andi said, "We can see the entire kingdom from here!"

We had cake for our Family Home Evening Treat. Jeremy asked Andi if she wanted a big piece or a little piece. She said Little. When she finished she said, "I will take my big piece now."

Garret : Everyone know me at my school.

Garrett: I am the kid always going around telling jokes.
Dad: That's good, making people laugh is a great way to make friends.

Andi: I want to go to Livvy's party.
Dad: Sorry, it is only for old kids.

Christmas lights and Candy

Jenn came over on Saturday and we made fudge, and peppermint Oreo balls to give out to neighbors.  As we were passing out the neighbor gifts we decided to go and look at some of the lights in our neighborhood.  Some people really love to decorate.  Some of the houses even had radio stations that you could tune into.  We took Livia back out to see them on Sunday.  

Livia's Winter Dance

Sam asked Livvy out to the Winter Dance. They went to Luminaria and then to the Dance. They went with Livvy's friend Kayla. It looks like it was a lot of fun.

Livvy's Art Project

For Livia's final art project they could choose to do any art project they wanted. So she decided to decorate a Unicorn cake with the help from Kayla, a girl in her art class.  It turned out super cute.  Hope she gets an A.

Andi's First Real Haircut

I have trimmed her bangs but this is really the first time that we have taken her to place to get her hair cut.  It was getting so ratty looking and it was hard to brush.  So I took her to get her haircut.  We cut  off about 2 inches.  She looks so grownup now.

Livvy is in Ballroom again this year and this was her performance night.  I think she enjoys ballroom dancing.

Going to the Dino Museum

I went with my friend Amiee and her son Riley to the Dinosaur Museum on one of my Mondays off.  She loves to go to these places.

Devin's Date Night

Devin wanted to go to the Ferris Wheel and to get fudge.   These date nights with our kids are a lot of fun.  We took him to see Coco Firs. That was a fun movie.
