July's Funny Sayings

Devin: While driving in the car:
Devin: Is the baby in your tummy.
Me: Yes
Devin: Why can't Daddy have the baby?
Me: Because only girls can, they have special body parts to help them have a baby.
Devin: Daddy could have a baby, he has a big belly.

While at Pappy's house: Pappy, "My eyesight's getting real bad. I keep telling people, 'Once I'm blind, bring me the ugliest woman they know. That way no one will try to steal her from me.'"

Devin and Garrett: 1 2 3 annoying game.... Then proceed to make loud obnoxious noises

Devin: on the plane " 3 2 1 blastoff."

Olivia: at grandmas house, grandma is cooking and there is steam. Garrett asks if there is smoke, Olivia replies, "No, it is just grandma cooking."

Devin: Mom, can I eat a twinkie. I replied No, you can have one after lunch. He pouts and says, You said I could have it later, it is later now."

Conversation between Olivia and Devin:
Devin: How will they tell if it is a boy or girl?
Olivia: They have a special machine to look inside of Mommy's tummy.
Devin: Oh I get it now. Girls have long hair and boys have short hair.

Happy 38

We celebrated Jeremy's birthday the day after we got home. I made him minion cupcakes and invited the Crapos over for fireworks (which were his birthday present).   It was a fun evening.  It was cool because other people were doing fireworks too, so when we were finished we went to the park and saw a pretty good firework show.  Some people had some pretty impressive fireworks that flew pretty high in the sky.

This one almost worked!

S'mores

S'mores-Chocolate, marshmallow, graham crackers....It is something we look forward to every year. Livvy was telling us that at Girl's camp this year that she was the only one who could roast a marshmallow perfectly! Well she gets plenty of practice. We made S'mores 3 times while we were there.

Emily is making an eclair.. A roasted biscuit that you feel with Chocolate pudding.  I love these way more then S'mores.

Dad loves to catch the marshmallows on fire and Devin likes to blow them out.
