Knife Making

 

For Christmas, I got Jeremy a Knife Making Class.  He finally was able to go and make himself a knife. 
 

Meet Pepper

Olivia got me a kitten for my birthday, but I couldn't get it until now.   He is about 5 weeks old and he is the sweetest and cuddliest kitten.  

 

Choir Concert

Andi joined the school choir this year.   She loves singing and she has loved going to choir.  They had their spring concert and they did a really good job.  I didn't get any videos but Andi loved singing the, "I will walk 500 miles" song.  

 

Ice Castle with Jenn

 Jenn and Derek took Andi to the Ice Castle in Midway. Andi loved every minute of it.  She thought it was so cool and she loved the slides and the igloo. 

Vocabulary Parade

 They did an Vocabulary parade at the school.  Andi picked the word Illuminate and wore her Halloween costume with light up butterfly wings.   It was a perfect word for her. 

Dr. Seuss Day

 For Dr. Seuss Day, I wore my Cat in the Hat hat with my Kindergarten class and then I let them play Dr. Suess games on the computer.  It is fun to be silly sometimes with my younger students. 

Robin's B-Day

On Saturday Jere and I went to Rodizo and then to the Planetarium for a show

For my birthday this year, I invited Jennifer and Derek, Ryan and Olivia over to have fondo and chocolate cheesecake on Sunday.  

Then afterward we did a paint night with a tutorial we found on youtube.  Jenn brought her paints and I bought the canvases. 

 Then on Monday we went out to Dinner at Texas for my actual birthday

 

Snow Storm

 We had a snow storm blow in.  It was a big storm that brought a lot of snow.  They called a snow day and had online learning that day.   Andi and Garrett went out and played in the storm but it was so windy and cold they could only stay out a few minutes. 

Vision Checks

 Garrett and Andi's diabetes doctors suggested they both get their eyes checked. They passed without problem, but I did get this fun picture of Andi:
