Sunflower Festival

Andi grew sunflowers this year in our yard.  When I heard about a Sunflower Festival in Salt Lake at Cross E. Ranch that had over 1 million sunflowers, I knew that I want to go with the family.   It was so beautiful and amazing. 

They also had baby goats that you could pet.. 

We got to each pick a flower and then we bought a vase to bring home our sunflower bouquet. 

Up the Canyon

 We love going up the canyon and being at the River and putting our feet in the water. 

Luau

At Neptune park, they had an end-of-summer Luau.  They had Hawaiian dancers and a few fire dancers.   They invited the kids to come up and learn a few dances.   While we were there we also got Kona Ices as a treat.  It was a fun summer evening. 

 

Excited to see Devin

Andi couldn't wait to for Devin to get home from FSY.  She gave him a huge hug!

Devin at FSY

Devin went to FSY (For the Strength of Youth) Church camp at BYU.  He came home today and said he had a really good time and really felt the spirit at some of the activities.  He loved getting Ice Cream at the BYU Creamery and he enjoyed the dances.    

Livvy and Andi Date night

 I had an all-day training and Olivia babysat Andi.  She took her to Wendy's and to the Butterfly museum. 

Snow cones and Splash pads

Andi and dropped Devin off at FSY and then we stopped at a Splash pad for a picnic and to play in the fountains then we went across the street for sugar-free snow cones.  It was a fun afternoon with her.
