Puzzle

 As a way to motivate Andi to get ready quicker in the morning.  I told her I would do an activity with her before school if she was ready by 7:30.   She choose to do a puzzle.  We worked on it this past week.  This is a 300 piece puzzle of tulips.  

Valentine's Day

 

We did our traditional heart pizza and the kids got little boxes of Chocolate.

Then we decided to dip chocolates afterward for a fun Valentine treat afterward. 

Axe Throwing

We went and Ax throwing.  It was both fun and terrifying.  Watching Andi throwing an ax was a little never wracking but  she did a good job. 

Treasure Island

 We went to the Hale Center Theater again and watched Treasure Island.  This is such a great theater and this was a fun play to watch. 

Pop it and Robots

 My principal said he had some money for specialty and if we would send him a list of things we wanted he might get them for us.  I asked for 30 keyboard pop its and for some more robots.  I thought he would just get me one of them but he got both.  

These pop its were a super fun way to teach keyboarding and homerow to second graders. 

So I now have 12 of these Bee Bots.  I am so excited to have some sturdier robots to do some coding. 

Andi's Baptism

 Andi was baptized on Feb. 5.   We had a good turnout for her baptism.    We missed my parents but we were glad that they got to zoom in and watch.   We are so proud of this girl.  

Stephanie made a doughnut tower for her luncheon to go with the pizzas, salads, fruit, and cookies.  Jennifer was a big help getting the luncheon all together. 

Emme came to support Andi.  We were so glad she could come.

Some of Andi's Cousins:  Smantha, Samuel, and Joshua (Bryan's Kids). Toby, Hazel and Aspen (Nate's Kids). Andrew and Amanda (Kristi's Kids). 

Krissa and Charlie came too.  Charlie is Andi's friend.

Mrs. Nelson (first-grade teacher) and Mrs. Kloppel (her second-grade teacher) came to her baptism.
