We didn't go to church because it had snowed a lot the night before and the roads had not been plowed yet so we had a Christmas Devotional with Olivia playing some Christmas music she has learned on the guitar. Then we enjoyed opening the gifts.
It was very nice to have Grandma and Grandpa Doolittle here to celebrate with us.
The kids got lots of fun things. We appreciate all the gifts from Aunts, Uncles, and Grandparents.
The kids are all downstairs (except for Andi but we took her down as soon as she woke up) so they could come up the stairs to see the presents and stockings. They got lots of Goodies in the stockings from Santa.
As per tradition we got our kids new jammies for Christmas Eve so that they are ready for Christmas morning.
As Violet was dozing off on the couch she overheard a story about Robin asking Jen about one of her date's "strange super powers." Two minutes later, Violet said, "Maybe his power is turning sisters who ask too many questions into frogs." Everyone laughed until it hurt.
My mom and Dad came into town and we decided to do a family outing to Temple Square to see the lights. It was very crowded and within the first five minutes we were there Devin disappeared. Luckily we found him five minutes later and we got to enjoy the lights. It was beautiful.
